Whats in the Pic: DAL VADA, GREEN CHUTNEY, YOGURT CHUTNEY, MASALA ONIONS
How to Make It:
DAL VADA:
Get the GITS Package from Store. Put it in Water. Mix it Well. Add Ginger/Garlic/Coriander/Green Chillies in it. Keep it a side for half an hour.

heat some oil in a frying pan. add the batter in small rounds and fry until golden brown on medium heat to ensure that the insides get cooked thoroughly. Drain on paper towels.

Masala Onions:

cut the Onions. Put 4 or 5 Lemon Juice. Add Salt and Cumin/Coriander Powder. Mix it well.

Coriander Chutney:
Put, Green Chillies(8 or 9), Coriander, Salt, Sugar, Yourt(2 table spoon), Cumin/Coriander Power in the Grinder. Add little bit of Water.

Yogurt Chutney:

Mix Yogurt (1 Cup) and 3 Table Spoon Besan. Add little water.

Heat oil in a saucepan, Add Mustard Seeds, Chopped Green Chillies, and Curry Leaves. When they start to sizzle, add the asafoetida. Now add the besan-yogurt mixture slowly. Keep stirring to avoid any lumps. Add Salt, a bit of Sugar.
